Each session blends breathwork (pranayama), mindful movement (yoga asana), affirmations, somatic practices to reset the nervous system, silent meditation (pratyahara), and self-reflection (swadhyaya). Together, these elements create a sanctuary of balance, presence, and renewal.

Each class flows through four parts:
- Integration & Breathwork – settle, arrive, and connect.
- Mindful Movement – yoga and functional strength to nourish the body.
- Meditation – stillness and presence to calm the mind.
- Self-Reflection – journaling or group discussion to deepen awareness.
